CAP national vice chief on being denied attendance to identity fraud summit

Many people were denied from applying to attend the Indigenous Identity Fraud Summit held in Winnipeg this week. APTN News spoke with Kim Beaudin, national vice chief of Congress of Aboriginal Peoples, who was denied from attending the conference.
