Candlelight vigil honours Tina Fontaine on the 10-year anniversary of her death

It's been 10 years since the murder of 15-year-old Tina Fontaine while she was under the care of child and family services. Friends, family and supporters came together for a candlelight vigil on the 10th anniversary of when it's believed she died.
