Campaign underway to restore second degree murder charge in death of Barbara Kentner

A letter writing campaign is underway in an effort to restore Brayden Bushby's second degree murder charge in the death of Barbara Kentner, after Bushby’s charge was recently downgraded to manslaughter. Bushby is alleged to have thrown a trailer hitch out a moving vehicle, hitting 34-year-old Barbara Kentner in the stomach back in 2017. Anishnaabe writer and advocate Riley Yesno joins APTN National News to discuss why they started the campaign.
