Calls for transparency on Fisheries and Oceans fish farm transition plan

The Carrier Sekani Tribal Council in B.C. is calling for transparency on Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) fish farm transition plan. The DFO determined the farms pose little risk to the Fraser River salmon migration. But seven First Nations that rely on that migration route disagree.
