The Winnipeg Police Service says as a sign of respect, it will refer to the fourth unidentified victim of an alleged serial killer as Buffalo Woman - Mashkode Bizhiki’ikwe.
Advocates and elders made the call at a vigil for the four, last night in Winnipeg.
