Billboard campaign hopes to generate tips in Jeannine Ermineskin missing person case

It has been just over three years since 40-year-old Jeannine Ermineskin went missing in Edmonton. Now, the Edmonton Police Service is teaming up with a number of organizations to launch a billboard campaign in Alberta, hoping for more tips to come in.
