Canada is now proposing a number of changes to its Fair Elections Act. But one area it’s not budging on is the need for photo ID when it comes time to vote. In Nunavut, all services are harder to get including photo identification.
Earlier this month, Conservative cabinet minister Leona Aglukkaq defended the elections changes.
