Neil Young’s “Honor the Treaties” tour rolled into Calgary Monday night right in the heart of the oil and gas country.
It was the last stop on Young’s cross – Canada tour bringing to the city a message about protecting the lands of the
Athabasca Chipewyan who are currently raining funds for a legal defense against Shell’s approved jackpine mine expansion.
While the tour’s message has picked up steam for those who support the cause, that same message has come under criticism.
