A pilot project has been launched in Manitoba that will offer 18 young people the chance to be mentored by some of the top businesses in Canada.
They’re part of a project called Youth CEO – Creative Employment Opportunities.
It’s a partnership between several business and sport organizations in Mantioba.
“We want these young people to come back and work right here in Winnipeg’s North End,” said Kevin Chief, vice-president of the Business Council of Manitoba. “To be good role models and ambassadors and share some of the things they’ve learned directly from CEOs.”
