Canada has failed to disclose thousands of documents which may be relevant to the First Nations Child and Family Caring Society’s human rights complaint.
The case alleges that the federal government discriminates against Aboriginal children in the system.
The appearance of new documents, however, has stalled the land-mark human rights case this week.
