The Truth and Reconciliation Commission rolled in Eskasoni First Nation in Nova Scotia Friday.
More than 100 people gathered for the TRC hearings to listen to survivors of the Shubenacadie residential school.
This was the last of six hearings in Atlantic Canada before the conference at the month in Halifax.
Those who spoke say they hoped these hearings exposed the truth and brought healing to their community.
