Toxic waste facility one step closer to being built in Chilliwack

A proposed hazardous wasted facility being proposed in Chilliwack, B.C. is one step closer to becoming a reality – thanks to a recent court decision.

Proponents against the project say they are not opposed to what the facility will be treating, but the location of the facility.
