Thunder Bay police unrepentant in face of human rights complaint over “racial” mock press release

Earlier this month, the Thunder Bay police accidentally sent out a fake press release, which is believed to have racist connotations.

Now a human rights complaint has been filed against the Thunder Bay police by Ontario chiefs.
