Bison have been reintroduced in Wanuskewin Heritage Park in Saskatchewan.
The animal was the original occupants of the park and roamed there long before humans arrived.
The park is located 270 km northwest of Regina.
Bison have been extinct in these parts of the country for nearly 150 years.
