Indigenous tattoo artists from across Canada gathered in Tyendinaga Mohawk territory recently to swap stories and show off their craft.
More than 20 tattooists participated in the four-day event in the community outside Belleville, Ont.
They were also there to learn from each other and help reclaim Indigenous tattoo techniques like hand poke tattoos and the skin stitch.
