The Supreme Court recently ruled that the Tsilhqot’in Nation holds Aboriginal title to their traditional lands.
The AFN seems eager to use that decision to push aside Canada’s broken approach to land claims.
But nobody at the annual assembly in Halifax seems to be sure exactly how and where the ruling should apply.
