Sexual exploitation and gender violence at issue for National MMIWG inquiry in St. John’s

The National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls is holding its final public hearings starting Monday in St. John’s, NL.

This weeks focus will be on sexual exploitation and gender violence.

After the inquiry will hold two sessions for final submissions and then get to work writing the final report that is due in 2019.
