The federal Liberal government has bowed down to the pressures of an NDP motion.
Last week, Charlie Angus held a debate in the House of Commons trying to force the government to comply with two compliance orders from the Canadian human rights tribunal and to spend money on the system that nearly everyone says is broken.
And it worked.
