Saskatchewan Liberal candidate demanding recount after vote separated by 70 ballots

The Liberal candidate from Desnethé–Missinippi–Churchill River riding in northern Saskatchewan wants a recount.

Lawrence Joseph also wants an investigation into two First Nation communities that ran out of ballots on election day.
