Queen responds to Winnipeg teen who sent her a Christmas card

A Winnipeg teenager wrote an underhanded Christmas card to the Queen of England this past holiday season.

She was surprised to receive an official response from Buckingham Palace this week.

APTN was there when she opened the letter.
