Federal candidates got their chance to weigh in on crime and punishmentt during a recent debate in Kingston, Ont.
Kingston is home to Canada’s largest prison population and the debate drew a mixed crowd of interested citizens and correctional officers.
The Conservative’s decision to shut-down prison farms, however, turned out to be the most contentious issue of the debate.
