An Aboriginal member of the Prince Albert, Sask., police service was killed this past weekend when his car rolled.
Const. Tim Ballantyne, 27, was pronounced dead at 6 a.m. Sunday.
He was off duty when his car left the road in icy conditions just south of the city.
Ballantyne was a five-year veteran of the Prince Albert police force.
He was originally from Deschambeault Lake, Sask.
