PM Harper begins Northern tour

Prime Minister Stephen Harper is on the first leg of his five-day tour of Canada’s Arctic.

The annual PR campaign is a mixed-bag of new announcements and a way to follow up on old promises.

But as APTN National News reporter Cullen Crozier explains, not everyone is sold on the Conservative government’s northern strategy.
