Phoenix Sinclair inquiry resumes with a social worker’s testimony.
Kerri-Lynn Greeley was tasked with ensuring Samantha Kematch and Steven Sinclair met the conditions of the three month temporary order they signed which placed Phoenix in care.
The conditions they had follow included taking parenting courses and having supervised visits with Phoenix.
Although Greeley did say she wasn’t always in attendance for the full visit, she would be there for the beginning, the end and sometimes “pop in” for the middle.
