Students in a northern Manitoba community will be forced to wait another two months before they can go back to their school building.
The school in Oxford House, which sits approximately 950 kilometres north of Winnipeg, has been shut for a year due to mould.
The current school building does not have enough classrooms to allow the 400 students to attend classes regularly.
A spokeswoman for Indian Affairs said more money will be committed to fix the problem.
Last September, band members staged a protest at the Indian Affairs office in Winniepg.
