A First Nation in the Yukon is accusing Ottawa of deliberately undermining a hard fought self government agreement.
The Carcross-Tagish First nation says they are facing a confrontational, take it or leave it approach to financial transfer agreements.
The band says it could go bankrupt unless Canada comes to the table with a fair agreement.
The financial woes of the First Nation have also hit the House of Commons.
