Senator Dennis Patterson, Nunavut’s representative in the upper house of Parliament, is calling out non-profit groups operating in the North.
In a statement on the Senate floor, the Conservative senator says that non-profits have too much influence on events in Nunavut, and questions their commitment to Canada when they may have numerous foreign backers.
