A Native American studio technician is suing NBC for racial harassment.
According to the lawsuit, former NBC employee Faruq Peter Wells was subject to taunting racial comments by his co-workers.
He says higher-ups never stepped in.
Wells says one co-worker dressed a dark-skinned doll in traditional clothing and called it his “long-lost daughter.”
NBC said the lawsuit was “without merit” and said the issue had been dealt with in 2009.
Well’s lawyer said he had no plan to drop the lawsuit.
