Missing woman found dead in Winnipeg back lane

Police in Winnipeg have identified the remains of a body found wrapped in plastic and left next to a garbage bin in a Winnipeg back lane.

25-year-old Carolyn Marie Sinclair had been missing since December, and police are attributing her death to her high-risk lifestyle.
