The defamation trial against John Furlong by journalist Laura Robinson wrapped up last week in Vancouver.
It was centred around a newspaper article Robinson wrote alleging Furlong abused Aboriginal children nearly 45 years ago in Burns Lake, B.C.
Furlong first sued Robinson for defamation but recently dropped that action.
Robinson countersued saying Furlong damaged her reputation by accusing her of having a vendetta.
