While demonstrators turned their attention once again to Bismarck a couple locals vented their frustration.
“This is bullshit, it should be illegal. They’re doing nothing to advance their cause,” said one local resident.
“We’re hoping that they don’t continue. We want them to go home and enjoy Thanksgiving by themselves,” said another.
Even though the demonstrations are failing to win over these locals and despite accusations of police using intimidating tactics, the water protectors say they’ll keep going until the pipeline issue is resolved.
