Just before the Missing Women Inquiry report is set to be released today Kamloops had its fourth murder of 2012.
Gitanmaax First Nation member C.J. Morningstar Fowler , 16, was found dead in an undeveloped neighbourhood.
Fowler’s parents have made an emotional plea for information on the death.
