Hope remains UN declaration will eventually impact daily life

This weekend marked the one-year anniversary of Canada’s endorsement of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People.

While there haven’t been many noticeable changes in the lives of Aboriginal people as a result, many see it as an important first step.
