Winnipeg police are still investigating an explosion that injured four people and destroyed a vehicle.
The explosion took place over the weekend.
The family is still in shock.
“It’s pretty sick especially when there’s lots of kids walking around,” said Nick and she’s a mother herself,” said Nick Chastellane who was injured in the blast.
