National News H1N1 virus in Manitoba spreads fear of another outbreak By APTN National News Jan 13, 2014 APTN National News A Manitoba man confirmed to have H1N1 was in a Winnipeg hospital and in the northern part of the province there are fears of another outbreak like the one in 2009.
