  1. Kristianna Thomas says:

At this time of the year, the “holidays”, many poor communities struggle with putting food on their table. The ability, or inability, to put holiday food on the table is more difficult than in the Aboriginal communities throughout this hemisphere. Poverty reigns in the reservation and the urban communities. It is good that those who have endured the hardships of past sufferings have not forgotten where they came from. they are willing to lend a hand so that others may not suffer as they have. In the south, North America, there are many Black, Latino, Asian, poor White, and Aboriginal communities that will go without this Christmas. More should follow his example and give in the spirit of the season. For it is better to give; than to recieve.
