The life of Brian Sinclair ended tragically inside a Winnipeg emergency room in 2008.
APTN has been following the story ever since.
Brian was a double amputee who rolled into the health science centre in his wheel chair. He needed his catheter changed and medication for a bladder infection.
34 hours after he arrived, he was found dead in the emergency room.
His family say he was ignored to death.
