There’s good news tonight for the residents of Wollaston Lake and the Hatchet Lake First Nation in Saskatchewan.
Last week forest fires forced 12 hundred of them to flee their homes.
Most of the evacuees were airlifted to Saskatoon to flee their homes.
The government now says those folks can return home.
It will take about two days to get everyone back to the fly-in communities.
Investigators have determined the fire was caused by human activity.
Although there are still hot spots near the community, the fire is now under control.
