This sad event that happens is terrible. Not knowing the circumstances makes no difference as this was a tiny human who died. People speculate it was due to drugs. I think that if the father was couch surfing should he have not contacted the mother stating that?? It isn’t societies fault for the events that followed. But giving if the aunt saw bruises she too should have said something anything to prevent this death of a poor innocent baby.
I live in Wetaskiwin, and I am a Grandma of three beautiful girls…I would have gladly taken dear little Anthony under my wing and made sure that he was loved, happy and safe from all danger….until his Mother was able to take him back….
Has anyone in the Band ever considered in helping a Mother in need by getting help from outside the Band???
I really hope that you will think about this, because there are alot of us out there that would love to help girls to become successful and able to give their children A GOOD LIFE.
You are such a sweet woman.
This little boy went days without being missed by anyone. An aunt saw bruises and did nothing. A mother supposedly in nursing school and not taking care of her baby.
Why do people care AFTER children are dead? Society sucks!!
WHY CAN’T WE HAVE A MEMORIAL SREVICE FOR HIM, THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE HERE IN EDMONTON HO WOULD LOVE TO SHOW THERE SUPPORT, WE STAND TOGETHER AND WE WILL HELP WHEN NEEDED.
