She may be the only Cree, opera singer in the world. Rhonda Head grew up in Opaskwayak Cree Nation in northern Manitoba but the Mezzo Soprano didn’t discover her voice until she was 18 years old.
Head has battled back from brain tumours to play on some of the world’s biggest stages including Carnegie Hall in New York City. She joins Face to Face to tell her story.
