While Quebec’s northern Cree are encouraged by a number of projects in the province’s Plan Nord, there is one they want to stop.

Plan Nord is an $80 billion investment in mining and infrastructure projects.

The Cree support some, but as APTN National News reporter Danielle Rochette found out, there is one project they would like to halt.
