Reporter Tiar Wilson joins Michael Hutchinson to talk about the case of baby Venetia Audy.
Audy was in the care of her mother and her mother’s common-law husband when she died, at three years old. The husband was charged with the murder of the little girl, but a judge in Dauphin determined he wasn’t guilty.
Audy’s grandmother and aunt had asked the courts to let the child live with them, but were denied.
Well i guess we need to start taking justice into our own hangs…pretty sad when canada’s legal system isnt equipt or even SMART ENOUGH to deal with the evidance provided for them
