The Thunder Bay Police Service is asking the community to help them find the qualities they want in the next chief of police.
The search is on after J.P Levesque stepped down shortly after being acquited of charges he interfered with a police investigation.
The police force has also been critisized for how it deals with crimes against First Nations people.
