For the past year, the life and death of Brian Sinclair has been playing out in a Winnipeg court room.

The inquest into his death came to an end Thursday.

Sinclair died in a Winnipeg hospital emergency room after waiting more than 30 hours to get medical help.

Lawyers representing the family are calling it a homicide.
