Early on an April morning in 1983 Delavina Mack was raped and killed in her home in Bella Coola, British Columbia. She was just 22 months old.
17 year old Phillip Tallio pled guilty to her murder. He has spent 34 years in prison but has always maintained his innocence.
Now a lawyer has forced a second look at the case and has raised doubts Tallio did the crime.
