Alberta child welfare survivor pens book about his experience with the system

 

A young Alberta man who survived abuse in the child welfare system is fighting to have a life and writing a book about his experiences.

At the age of four, Steven Morin was put in child welfare.

Throughout his life, he has battled drug and alcohol addictions.

Now he’s writing a book about how he survived with the hope that he can help others.
