Three guards from a jailhouse in Winnipeg were fired last September after a prisoner was assaulted sparking an investigation into how inmates are treated in custody.
But some former employees of the jail told APTN National News that their complanits weren’t being heeded.
Now an inmate released last month says the abuses continue, including those against Aboriginal inmates.
