Some alarming numbers have been published in Saskatchewan.
In the last two decades nearly 500 children have died either under the watch of the provincial government or shortly after leaving provincial care.
And the majority of them are First Nation or Metis children.
APTN’s Larisa Burnoff talks with Saskatchewan’s children’s advocate about what needs to be done to stop those numbers from getting worse.
