It’s been nearly four months since 20 year-old Rocelyn Gabriel was found dying outside a recycling depot in Portage La Prairie, Man.
The temperature was -30C that night. Gabriel was found by a passerby and later died in hospital.
Now, her family is calling on the public to help them learn what happened Gabriel that night.
