The Assembly of Manitoba chiefs is calling attention to the health of Indigenous mothers and children in Canada.
This after the Harper government pledged more than 3 billion dollars towards improving the health of mothers and children in some of the poorest countries in the world.
The AMC says many of their own programs aren’t receiving the money they need to operate.
